If you’re hoping for excitement, boisterousness and more fun than you can stand, then craps is the casino game to enjoy.

Craps is a fast-paced game with whales, low-rollers, and anyone in between. If you are a person-watcher this is one game that you’ll love to study. There is the high roller, gambling with a big bankroll and making loud proclamations when he bets across the board, "five hundred and twenty across," you will hear him say. He’s the player to observe at this craps table and he understands it. They will either win huge or don’t win big and there’s nothing in the middle.

There is the budget gambler, possibly attempting to acquaint himself with the high-roller. He’ll inform the other bettors of books he’s read on dice throwing and hover around the most accomplished tosser at the table, ready to confer and "pick each others brains".

My preferred gamblers at the craps table are the true chaps from the days gone by. These aging guys are ordinarily patient, commonly gentle and will almost always share pointers from the "good old days."

There are a great many other personalities that you will see around a busy Craps table. When you bite the bullet and determine to join the game, make certain you use good behavior. Find a position on the rail and lay your money down in the "come" space. Don’t ever do this when the dice are rolling or you’ll become known as the last character I am going to talk of, the jerk.
